Estimating/Design
We provide competitive bid pricing for a wide range of commercial construction projects. B&F Supply, Inc. specializes in supply and installation of Division 08 commercial openings, including
- Hollow Metal doors & frames
- Interior & Exterior Aluminum storefront
- Architectural Flush/Paneled wood doors,
- Finish hardware & bath accessories.
- Glass & Glazing, Finish Caulking
In addition to takeoff services, we also provide Design & Value Engineering allowing you to meet your client's budget, while maintaining a high level of product quality. By working closely with our distributors and manufacturers at the factory level, we can offer cost savings while making sure the product meets project specifications.
Project Management
Our project management team is trained to supervise each project from the Bid Phase to the Closeout Phase. This ensures that all project are carefully monitored throughout the project's duration by one team, rather than changing hands during the construction Phase.
​Submittals are also detailed by the PM, further ensuring quality of detailing. We use state-of-the-art computer software to generate detailed cutsheets, reports and CAD drawings.
All Project Managers are members of the DHI (Door Hardware Institute) and are actively pursuing or have completed their AHC certification. We are updated on all current building codes for ADA, Fire/Life Safety, LEED/FSC and incorporate any new codes/requirements into our continuing education.
Installation
Our fully staffed Foremen and installation team have over 30 years of combined commercial experience. They are briefed before mobilizing to any jobsite with safety requirements, construction documents, and any applicable field conditions.
​When possible, assemblies will be pre-fabricated at the factory level, monitored by the PM for quality control before the shipment is loaded. Our Factory Installation Program cuts down on field time as well as reducing Punch List items, helping us meet or exceed project schedule without compromising quality.
We can service non-prevailing or prevailing projects anyhere in the State of California. We will also travel out of state if requested. Our trailer fleet allows us to mobilize your jobsite without the risk and high cost of LTL trucking.
